Rozbłysk fotosferyczny w świetle białym./White light photospheric flare

Witam. Takie pytanie do was!

Tutaj wypowiedź gronki to nasz kolega heliofizyk Dominik Gronkiewicz
Nawiasem mówiąc ciekawe są jego wypowiedzi.

Hello, a question for you! Do you think that such a flare on the photosphere in white light can be seen? I will answer you. Through all the years of my observations of the Sun I managed to see the flare on photosphere only once. The flare itself lasted a few seconds. At that time I was observing through a welding glass, which I don't recommend, with a small equipment (68 x800) and at a certain moment I noticed a bright, thin tongue on the photosphere, which disappeared after a few seconds. At that time I thought I was dealing with a flare which appeared for a moment. Later, as I became more skilled, I realized that it was a photospheric flare. It is an extremely rare phenomenon occurring during the maximum solar activity. I was observing this flare in the basement of my house, so it was in the 80's with an indication of 87/90.
Here you will find quite an extensive discussion on photospheric white light flares.

White light flares occur as early as the C5 class. So this is as true as possible. The issue is that in most cases this brightening is of the order of a few or so percent, which is hard to see with the human eye, but would be possible on a photograph, subtracting one image from another. As Janusz wrote, they last only a few minutes, which is the same as the impulse phase of the flare.
A very strong WLF occurred in the 2003 phenomenon.
Here the statement of the cluster is our colleague heliophysicist Dominik Gronkiewicz
Incidentally, his statements are interesting.
